Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-10 business days; we currently ship within North America. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Because every piece we sell is one-of-one vintage, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, change of mind, or personal preference.

Every item is inspected and described to the best of our ability prior to listing, and as vintage pieces, they may carry signs of age consistent with their era — including minor fading, soft distressing, small marks, or wear typical of a pre-owned garment. These are part of the character of the piece, not a defect, and are not grounds for return.

If an item is damaged or shows error not listed in our product description you can submit an appeal via pivotpivot.co@gmail.com. Our team will process this appeal in 3-5 business days and if we deem that we misinformed the customer on damages on the item we will offer refunds. 

When you visit our site or make a purchase, we collect information necessary to process your order and improve your experience, including: name, email, shipping/billing address, payment information (processed securely — we do not store full card details), and browsing behavior on our site (via cookies).

All items sold are vintage, secondhand, or one-of-one pieces unless otherwise stated. Descriptions and photos are provided in good faith to represent each item accurately, including its condition, but minor variations in color (due to photography/lighting) and age-appropriate wear should be expected and are not considered defects.

Because our inventory consists of one-of-one pieces, availability is limited and not guaranteed until checkout is complete. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in the case of a pricing or listing error).

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Use of our booking system to reserve a showroom visit or studio session constitutes agreement to show up at the scheduled time or provide adequate notice of cancellation per our Shipping & Returns policy.

All site content — including but not limited to our logo, brand name, photography, and written content — is the property of Pivot and may not be reproduced without permission.

Pivot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
